Baked Kale Chips

A delicious way to get your veg-on…and so easy to prepare!

Ingredients:

  • Start with 1 bunch (about 6 ounces) of Kale
  • 1 tbsp of Glasses & Grapes Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea salt or other spices to taste

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Rinse and dry the kale, then remove the stems and tough center ribs. Rip into large pieces, toss with olive oil in a bowl then sprinkle with salt and/or other spices.

Arrange leaves in a single layer on a large baking sheet. You can also line with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Bake for 20 minutes until crisp. Place on baking sheet on rack to cool.
