A delicious way to get your veg-on…and so easy to prepare!
- Start with 1 bunch (about 6 ounces) of Kale
- 1 tbsp of Glasses & Grapes Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea salt or other spices to taste
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Rinse and dry the kale, then remove the stems and tough center ribs. Rip into large pieces, toss with olive oil in a bowl then sprinkle with salt and/or other spices.
Arrange leaves in a single layer on a large baking sheet. You can also line with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Bake for 20 minutes until crisp. Place on baking sheet on rack to cool.
