- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 bbsp Glasses & Grapes Italian Herb Olive Oil
- 1/2 chopped red pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Heat 2 tbsp of Italian Herb olive oil in a skillet on medium high heat. Once pan is hot add chopped red pepper and asparagus to skillet.
Saute vegetables until al dente, then add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
