- 4 sweet potatoes, cut in wedges
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 tbsp Glasses & Grapes Maple Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 shallots, sliced
- 6 sage leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- Ground coriander, a pinch
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup water
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Toss sweet potato wedges in a baking dish with melted butter and Glasses & Grapes Maple Balsamic Vinegar, shallots, sage leaves, honey, coriander, salt and pepper.
Add water and roast in oven for 20 minutes; flip, sprinkle with chopped pecans and roast 20 more minutes.
