Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes


  • 4 sweet potatoes, cut in wedges
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp Glasses & Grapes Maple Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 shallots, sliced
  • 6 sage leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Ground coriander, a pinch
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup water


Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Toss sweet potato wedges in a baking dish with melted butter and Glasses & Grapes Maple Balsamic Vinegar, shallots, sage leaves, honey, coriander, salt and pepper.

Add water and roast in oven for 20 minutes; flip, sprinkle with chopped pecans and roast 20 more minutes.
