- 1 1/2 – 2 pounds asparagus, trimmed
- 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
- 4 tbsp Glasses & Grapes Blood Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Place asparagus in a single layer in a large roaster pan. Toss lightly with blood orange infused olive oil and sea salt. Roast asparagus, turning occasionally for 20 minutes or until tender.
