Brix Extra Dark Chocolate

Brix formulated their Extra Dark Chocolate with 70% cacao to stand up to the massive tannins in the deepest red wines. Although its ideal pairings are Barolo, Cabernet and Bordeaux, Brix Extra Dark Chocolate also complements the heavier, peppery Zinfandels and Syrahs.

Brix Dark Chocolate

Despite its high cacao content at 60%, Brix Dark Chocolate remains subtle and versatile enough to enhance the fruit forward wines it was designed for. For the best pairings, check the label, but don’t limit yourself there—it can stretch up to the lighter cabs and down to the heavier pinots.
