Sautéed Greek Shrimp


  • 1 lb Uncooked Shrimp (shelled & deveined)
  • 1/2-1 T.greek seasoning
  • 2 T. Preserved Lemons (chopped)
  • 1 T. Mint (chopped)
  • 1 T. Italian Parsley
  • 2 T. The Glasses & Grapes Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 t. Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 T. Butter
  • Salt (to taste)


Combine shrimp, seasoning, preserved lemon, mint and parsley in a small mixing bowl. Mix. Add olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes to a large, medium-high heated skillet and sauté for 30 seconds or so.

Toss in shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add butter and continue to sauté for an additional minute or until shrimp turns pink and begins to curl. Be sure to not overcook!
