Tomato and Mozzarella Salad


  • 4 large fresh tomatoes or 12-14 cherry tomatoes.
  • 5 tbsp Glasses & Grapes Italian Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Dash of salt and fresh ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp of Glasses & Grapes Fig Balsamic Vinegar
  • 14 basil leaves, sliced
  • 1 package of fresh mozzarella cheese; packed in water


Thinly slice tomatoes and arrange around perimeter of plate. Slice mozzarella into silver dollars and place on each tomato. Top with a sprig of basil.

Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Pour over tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
