Tuscan Herb Asparagus


  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 tbsp Glasses & Grapes Italian Herb Olive Oil
  • 1/2 chopped red pepper
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese


Heat 2 tbsp of Italian Herb olive oil in a skillet on medium high heat. Once pan is hot add chopped red pepper and asparagus to skillet.

Sauté vegetables until al dente, then add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
