Hot Honey Ranch Chicken Wings
These Hot Honey Ranch Chicken Wings are an irresistible combination of crispy, golden perfection and bold, zesty flavour — a beautiful balance of sweet, spicy, and savoury. Tossed in a sweet-heat glaze they’re perfect for game day, gatherings, or an easy crowd-pleasing snack.
INGREDIENTS
2 lb chicken wings (split & tips removed)
1–2 tbsp olive oil
1–2 tbsp The Spice Age Ranch Seasoning
⅓ cup Dript Hot Honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Place wings in a large bowl or zip-top bag. Toss with olive oil until lightly coated, then add ranch seasoning and mix well to evenly coat.
Cook the Wings
Oven MethodPreheat oven to 425°F (220°C) Line a baking sheet with parchment. Arrange wings in a single layer.
Bake 30–35 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and cooked through.
Air Fryer Method
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (205°C)
Place wings in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
Cook 18–22 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crisp.
Make the Glaze
While wings finish cooking:In a small saucepan, gently heat hot honey and over medium heat. Simmer 1–2 minutes until warm, smooth, and pourable. Transfer cooked wings to a bowl and toss with warm honey until coated.
Serve immediately.
