Tuna Poke Bowl

Tuna Poke Bowl

Poke bowls are pretty simple, and made up of a few main ingredients. But, the great thing is there really are no hard fast rules, feel free to substitute. Noodles instead of rice, add shredded carrots, toasted cashews, replace the raw tuna with shrimp or seared tuna, all good, still a super easy, delicious dinner bowl that is fun to eat!

Option of rice, noodles, leafy greens or a combination
1 pound sushi grade tuna, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
