I might be a little biased, but our premium extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars really are some of my favourite things, I rarely prepare a dish without using at least one of them.
Aside from the fact that extra virgin olive oil is nutritious, I mean it’s loaded with antioxidants, some of which have powerful biological effects. It is rich in monounsaturated oleic acid. This fatty acid is believed to have many beneficial effects and is a healthy choice for cooking. It's a proven fact that consuming quality extra virgin olive oil will benefit your heart, brain, joints and more. In fact, it may be the healthiest fat on the planet.
And then there is our balsamic vinegar, like our EVOO it too boasts a long list of great health benefits, in fact the original word ‘balsam’ means curative. What's not to love?
But seriously, the real reason that our oils and vinegars are some of my favourite things, is simply that they just taste so good!
