This flavour is a little sharper and stronger with more garlic flavour than our roasted garlic EVOO, it actually gives off the scent of pungent, fresh garlic. As garlic and olive oil are almost always used together in Mediterranean cooking, you can use this in just about anything. Great to toss with pasta, drizzle on mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, or any vegetables and grill or roast, brush on steaks before grilling, or to dip bread in. Use in place of raw garlic in many recipes
