Cranberry Pear Roasted Brussels Sprouts

INGREDIENTS
1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
2 tbsp Glasses & Grapes Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Glasses & Grapes House Blend EVOO
2 tbsp dried cranberries
¼ cup chopped pecans
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIOS
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts with EVOO, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
Toss in cranberries and pecans before serving.
