Bright & Zesty Za’atar Salad Dressing

This dressing keeps things simple and fresh—no fancy ingredients required. Just lemon juice and honey for that classic zing and natural sweetness, blended with the earthy, aromatic notes of Bad’Az Za’atar. It’s the perfect way to bring bold Middle Eastern-inspired flavour to everyday greens, roasted veggies, or grilled meats.

INGREDIENTS
2 TBSP Glasses & Grapes Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
1 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp Bad’Az Za’atar
1 tsp Honey
½ tsp Dijon Mustard
½ – ⅔ tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
1½ tsp Mayonnaise (Optional – adds a creamy texture)
Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste (Optional)

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jar.
Whisk or shake until fully blended.
Taste and adjust salt, lemon, or honey if needed.

SERVING SUGGESTION
Drizzle over your favourite mix of greens—romaine, iceberg, radicchio, or whatever’s in the fridge. Add chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, fresh mint, crumbled feta, and toasted pita crisps for a Middle Eastern-inspired salad that feels fresh, filling, and full of flavour. (The pita crisps are a fun bonus if you’re feeling a bit fancy—or have some leftover pitas to use up!)
