Cilantro Vinegarette
Delicious on so many things! As a dip with grilled chipotle chicken, on mashed avocado, on chorizo tacos, grilled sweet corn, summer cobb salad, quesadillas and so much more!
INGREDIENTS
1 huge bunch of fresh cilantro (2 cups packed)
1/2 cup Glasses & Grapes Roasted Garlic EVOO
2 tablespoons Glasses & Grapes Zinfandel Red Wine Vinegar
1 small clove garlic
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Water, if needed to thin
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients for about a minute until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Keeps in a jar in the fridge for 3-4 days.
