Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS
• 1/3 cup Glasses & Grapes Meyer Lemon olive oil
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp lemon zest
• Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, and lemon zest.
Slowly whisk in lemon olive oil until emulsified.
Season with salt and pepper.
