My Go-To Vinaigrette

My Go-To Vinaigrette

This is one of the simplest, healthy and delicious salad dressings ever! Can be made in less than 30 seconds and only dirty a spoon and a jar, since I never actually use the measuring cup here. 

INGREDIENTS

1/4 Cup EVOO   *Tuscan Herb, Parmesan & Garlic or Roasted Garlic all work great!
3 Tbsp Glasses & Grapes Aceti Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp honey (sugar works if you are out of honey)
A healthy pinch of salt and cracked black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients into a jar and shake. As simple as that! 
Your favourite herbs can be added but not necessary, oregano works well.
