Caesar Salad Dressing (egg and anchovy free)
Some might say that a good caesar dressing needs egg yolk for creaminess, and anchovy's for flavour. While we do have a great recipe that includes those two ingredients, we also have this one. So if raw egg and anchovies make you squeamish, we've got you.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/3 cup good quality mayonnaise
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Glasses & Grapes Fresh Garlic EVOO
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake until emulsified. Refrigerate until ready to use
